Mi viaje a Galapagos fue increíble con Responsive Travel, dándonos las mejores opciones y recomendaciones, los recomiendo totalmente ya que fueron siempre muy amables...
Al haber contratado un plan con Responsible Travel me di cuenta de su organización y de como pueden recomenrdarte las mejores opciones para conocer el Ecuador. Definitivamente los volveré a contratar para un futuro.
Cuando visites Ecuador, puedes encontrarte con atractivos únicos que se encuentran en las playas, montañas y selva amazónica, no dejes de preguntar sobre una visita a una de las enigmáticas etnias ubicadas en el Ecuador. Responsible Travel arma una gran variedad de tours, tales como: tours diarios para visitar Quito, Guayaquil o Cuenca, que incluyen recorridos por la ciudad; también hay viajes al bosque nublado de Mindo, al parque nacional Cotopaxi, etc. Y la especialidad de la agencia son los tours que se ofrece a las islas Galápagos.
Gran tour en barco de última hora
Fue una reserva de última hora de un tour en barco por Galápagos y nos ayudaron en todo momento. Grandes profesionales y el tour fue maravilloso

Roteiro perfeito e atendimento impecável
Joseph da Responsible Travel nos ajudou a planejar nossa viagem para Galapagos. Ele montou um roteiro incrível e foi muito atencioso desde o primeiro contato, estando sempre disponível para eventuais dúvidas, inclusive durante a viagem! Ficamos impressionados com a organização de todos os passeios, todos saíram no horário estipulado e não tivemos nenhum problema. Os guias mostraram muito conhecimento sobre as ilhas, além de falarem inglês e espanhol fluentes. Galápagos é um lugar único e apaixonante, e eu não vejo a hora de voltar!

This agency helped us plan a memorable trip to Ecuador and the Galapagos. Cynthia was our coordinator, she was timely and professional with all communication and detailed from beginning to end. Cynthia was able to include everything we wanted to experience and open to our feedback to help create the final itinerary. The daily excursions were great, especially in Ecuador where we had Danny as our guide and Luis as our driver. Luis was safe and timely in all transportation and Danny went above and beyond at every step. At one point I wasn't feeling well and Danny went out of his way to find me some medicine. Danny was also extremely knowledgeable on everything.. history, the agriculture, the people.. 10/10 guide! Overall a great agency to work with!
Great experience with minor hick-ups
I recently completed the14-day tour to the Andes, Amazon, and Galapagos and overall, had a positive experience. The guides and drivers were excellent – knowledgeable, punctual, and proficient in English. My travel agent, Ronni Morreira, located in Quito, was also exceptional, providing prompt support and assistance via WhatsApp and email throughout the trip. Rita, who took over in person in Galapagos, provided also excellent support. I do have a few suggestions for an even better experience. Firstly, I recommend requesting detailed information about every accommodation throughout the trip. Quality standards varied considerably, and clear expectations would allow to request changes or adjust expectations accordingly. For example, I would advise against staying at Yellow House in Quito. Secondly, the activity descriptions on the website were sometimes inconsistent regarding what was included in the tour versus what was meant for independent exploration. The description for Baños was particularly misleading. I strongly recommend to inquire about each itinerary item. Lastly, I'd like to address a final concern regarding the itinerary for the arrival day in Santa Cruz. The scheduled and prepaid activities for the arrival afternoon were not carried out. I had intentionally booked an early flight to participate, but upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that the remainder of the day was designated as free time. While Rita and Ronni were helpful in resolving the issue, this was an unnecessary inconvenience. I urge revising the itinerary to explicitly state that the arrival day is free for independent activities, rather than listing included options. Given the limited time in the Galapagos, losing a day due to a misunderstanding would have been particularly frustrating, especially as I believed I had paid for included activities for that day

Gaby did an incredible job helping me plan a trip to Yasuni National Park, Quito, and the Galápagos Islands. She took all of the stress out of finding good guides and all of the logistics involved in flights, lodging, transportation, and all of the other planning aspects of a big two week trip. Excellent communication with fast responses any time I had questions leading up to and during the trip as well. Highly recommend!

When I tried to plan a quick tour to Ecuador, Angel at Responsible Travel Quito took care of me. At first I was only booking an Amazon Basin 5 day tour to Napo Cultural Center with them as I usually book my own trips. They came thru on short notice answering ALL my emails. Then I told Angel that I planned to go to Mindo & Otavalo for 2 overnights. He gave me the options of having a driver/guide take care of me on those & it was a great decision. Excellent English speaking driver/guide Sebastian was provided. I had trouble booking my Quito hotel - he took care of it. His choices in Mindo & Otavalo were just right. He checked on my throughout my trip. You could not have a better agent than Angel. As to going to the Amazon thru them?? A dream come true.
