As we venture into this captivating location, we will witness the vibrant colors and intricate beauty of the reef fish that now call this shipwreck home. As the first rays of sunlight illuminate Puerto Ayora on Santa Cruz Island, we will embark on an extraordinary adventure. This island is famous for its magnificent giant tortoises, which roam freely through the lush landscapes in search of food and water. Witnessing these legendary creatures in their natural habitat will be a truly awe-inspiring experience.

Next, we will take a peaceful horseback ride along quiet secondary trails, immersing ourselves in the serene atmosphere of the island. Our journey will lead us to a spectacular natural lava tunnel, where we can marvel at the fascinating geological formations carved by ancient volcanic activity.

In the afternoon, we will continue our exploration by visiting a stunning nature reserve that offers breathtaking panoramic views. Here, we will encounter another species of scientifically recognized giant tortoises, adding to the richness of our experience with these magnificent creatures.

After visiting the reserve, we will descend by bicycle and enjoy an exciting ride that will take us to the beach. It will be a perfect opportunity to relax and rejuvenate, or perhaps take part in an exhilarating kayaking adventure, immersing ourselves even further in the island’s natural splendor.

Our diving destinations will vary depending on the day of our visit and our level of experience. Some possible options include:

Seymour-Mosquera: Here, we can marvel at the abundance of reef fish, with the possibility of encountering white-tip sharks, eagle rays, sea turtles, and even large pelagic species such as Galapagos sharks.

Gordon Rocks: This extraordinary dive site offers the opportunity to witness the magnificence of hammerhead sharks, rays, turtles, and a wide variety of fish species. Due to the currents in this area, this dive is recommended for intermediate to advanced divers.

Daphne-Seymour: In addition to observing captivating seabirds such as boobies, tropical birds, and fork-tailed gulls on the island’s cliffs, this dive promises encounters with manta rays, stingrays, sea turtles, schools of salemas, pelagic fish, and sharks.

Whatever destination awaits us, we will receive a briefing on board before the first dive. There will be a designated interval between dives to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
