The most common is to fly to the main airport of the Galapagos, which is the Seymour Airport (GPS) on the island of Baltra or the San Cristobal Airport (SCY) on the island of San Cristobal. These are the two main airports that receive international and domestic flights in the Galapagos. Most visitors arrive from the Ecuadorian mainland, specifically from Mariscal Sucre Airport in Quito or José Joaquín de Olmedo International Airport in Guayaquil.
Once you arrive in Baltra or San Cristobal, you will need to take a boat to get to Islote Mosquera. This is generally done as part of an organized tour, since is not possible to Mosquera Islet independently due to Galapagos regulations.
